Who I am

Hi, I'm Brian. I make things for the web and write about what I learn along the way. This page uses the site's SplitPagetemplate — two-column rows that alternate sides, with thin rules between them.

About this site

Built with Astro, styled on top ofPico CSS, written in MDX. Posts can embed web components, photo galleries with a native-popover lightbox, and pick from a few layout variants. It ships almost no JavaScript and loads fast.

Future projects — tools, experiments, a portfolio — can live alongside the blog: any file dropped into src/pages/ becomes a route.
